Credits are the currency of CEO.ai. Every action that uses AI—whether it's generating an entire project, chatting with an agent, or upskilling a custom agent—consumes credits based on the computational resources required.

Access the credits page using either method:
- • From your Dashboard, locate and click the User Credits card
- • Go directly to app.ceo.ai/usercredits

Complete Payment via Stripe
After selecting a package, you'll be redirected to a secure Stripe-hosted payment page.

On the Stripe payment page:
- Enter your payment details: Credit/debit card number, expiration date, CVC, billing ZIP
- Optional: Use Link: Complete checkout in one click with Stripe Link account
- Review your purchase: Verify credit amount and total price
- Click Confirm to complete your purchase
Confirmation & Credit Delivery
After successful payment:
- ✓ You'll be automatically redirected back to the CEO.ai credits page
- ✓ Your new credit balance will be immediately reflected
- ✓ You'll receive a confirmation email with your purchase receipt
Your credits are available for use instantly—no waiting, no activation required.

Your current credit balance is always visible on the User Credits page at app.ceo.ai/usercredits.
The page displays:

Credits are consumed automatically whenever you use AI features:
MultiTask Projects

Agent Conversations
- • Each message sent to an agent consumes credits
- • Longer responses use more credits
- • RAG mode (with upskilling) may use additional credits

- • Amount depends on the size and complexity of training data

All credit purchases are processed through Stripe, which provides:

What CEO.ai Stores
CEO.ai only receives confirmation of your purchase from Stripe. We never see or store:
- Your full credit card number
- CVC/security codes
- Banking information
We only know:
- That a purchase was completed
- The credit package purchased
- Your email address for receipts

If your balance reaches zero during a MultiTask project:
- Project pauses: Active work stops until credits are added
- Progress saved: All completed tasks remain saved
- Purchase more credits: Buy a credit package to resume
- Project resumes: Work continues from where it paused
Tip: Always ensure you have adequate credits before starting large projects.
Refunds
Credit purchases are generally non-refundable, as they represent computational resources. However:
- Technical issues: If you experienced a system error, contact support
- Duplicate charges: Accidental double-purchases will be refunded
- Unused credits: If you haven't used purchased credits, we may offer a refund on a case-by-case basis
